Professional Experiences
Talent Garden - Product Growth Manager
Talent Garden is a multifaceted company offering digital career master’s programs, coworking spaces, and innovation services for corporations. I joined Sphere team, TAG’s digital platform, where we worked on product iterations and the creation of a Growth Motion (Acquisition, Retention, Monetization). I was responsible for: acquisition loops and linear sources, habit loops, positioning, email automation, tracking, product analytics, experiments prioritization, A/B testing, landing pages, feature adoption.Donux - Go-To-Market Advisor
Donux is a Product Design Studio for B2B SaaS products. We worked on the Go-To-Market strategy for a productized service.Cassandra - Product Growth Manager
Cassandra is a self-service software that uses machine learning-based Marketing Mix Modeling. It analyzes your data and creates a personalized media plan to maximize your ROI. I was responsible for Acquisition, Activation, and Retention.
Most significant personal achievement: Improved the onboarding UX, reducing the time to reach the first milestone from 13 hours to 16 minutes, with a completion rate that increased from 27% to 83%.Coverflex - Growth Specialist
Coverflex is a scaleup focused on corporate welfare. I worked in the Growth Team for Italy, handling email marketing automation, LinkedIn ads, A/B testing, copywriting, scraping, and cold emails.
We grew at lightning speed, it was incredible.Intraverse - Interim Growth Product Manager
Intraverse is a Web3 Engagement Layer (very difficult to explain). I defined and managed the OKRs, distinguishing between three “internal micro-companies”: community (very important and active in the Web3 environment), B2B partnerships, and B2C gamers. I also focused on Activation and Retention.Loqui & Hale - Product Analytics Advisor
Loqui is a startup focused on online psychology services, and Hale is a startup in online gynecology services. It was exciting to work for two companies focused on helping people improve their well-being. I was responsible for defining what needed to be tracked and subsequently creating a KPI dashboard.MosaLingua - Growth Advisor
MosaLingua is a scale-up with over 12 million users, offering an innovative and scientifically proven language-learning method. I collaborated with the founder on metrics and the experimentation process.Column - Growth Lead
Column is a news app that, with a single subscription, provides access to multiple newspapers, saving users from paying for several subscriptions. Additional features developed in response to user needs, such as article summaries and audio versions, contributed to its growth.
Most significant personal achievement: Defined the UI and mobile app features by independently creating and testing various prototypes, learning to use Figma outside of work within two weeks.Meal Sitter - Product Manager & Marketer
Meal Sitter was a mobile app that helped users create meal plans, shopping lists, and weekly recipes based on their preferences and needs, all while managing portions without focusing on calorie counting. We convinced some investors thanks to the excellent feedback from our users who loved the app. However, the company shares were too widely distributed, and the founder would have had to close and reopen the company. After closing, he decided to take a break, and we did not continue. On a practical level, I handled almost everything as the founder and I were the only full-time members of the project.
Most significant personal achievement: Reduced the Time to Value from 3 days to 30 minutes.
Another significant personal achievement: Uncovered the target customers' desired outcomes, and subsequently prioritized the next steps based on the opportunity score (importance + (importance - satisfaction)). As a result, acquisition improved by 77%.YmpactX - Product Manager
YmpactX was a platform for professional development. I was responsible for Business Modeling, conducting Interviews and Surveys, creating and iterating the MVP, defining KPIs, setting Pricing, and performing both qualitative and quantitative Competitor Analysis.
Most significant achievement: Successfully validated the Problem-Solution Fit, growing from zero to 200 paying clients in just two months.EnD - Digital Strategist
EnD is an art school that emerged from collaboration with the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna.
I managed all digital aspects, including strategy, website development, forms, automations, and email communications.
Most significant achievement: Generated €17,000 in revenue within four months.

Something About Me
ONE
The word that represents the best part of me is enthusiasm. I firmly believe that with enthusiasm, we can achieve anything while also enjoying the process.TWO
The second word that embodies my entire journey is sacrifice:
- I supplemented my work in startups with freelancing to sustain myself during the early stages.
- I launched a few small projects to learn skills that I didn't have the opportunity to develop at work.
- I studied dozens of books and courses and reached out to established professionals to obtain mentorship in order to learn quickly, significantly extending my workdays.Once, a mentor told me, "If it were easy, everyone would do it”.THREE
I love reading non-fiction books, playing chess, and, in general, learning new things.
I work out almost every day because I believe in the idea that “mens sana in corpore sano”.I am a very sociable person. I really enjoy spending time with people and listening to their stories.
