Some of them were: Musixmatch, Coverflex, Talent Garden, Cassandra, and Mosalingua.🔄 – I’ve had the opportunity to work across all three core areas of Growth Management – Acquisition, Retention, and Monetization – through multiple roles and professional experiences.
Regarding my approach to growth, I’m a strong believer in structuring loops wherever possible and building funnels that feed those loops.

I joined the Musixmatch Pro team, Musixmatch's tool for artists. I worked on improving both the in-product free to paid conversion rate and the pricing page conversion rate. I was responsible for lifecycle marketing (email, in-app messages), product analytics, discovering opportunities, A/B testing, activation, and feature adoption.Talent Garden - Product Growth Manager

The second word that embodies my entire journey is sacrifice:
- I supplemented my work in startups with freelancing to sustain myself during the early stages.
- I launched a few small projects to learn skills that I didn't have the opportunity to develop at work.
- I studied dozens of books and courses and reached out to established professionals to obtain mentorship in order to learn quickly, significantly extending my workdays.Once, a mentor told me, "If it were easy, everyone would do it”.THREE
I love reading non-fiction books, playing chess, and, in general, learning new things.
I work out almost every day because I believe in the idea that “mens sana in corpore sano”.I am a very sociable person. I really enjoy spending time with people and listening to their stories.
